Last Night Local Churh Ministries went to Citrus Park Mall. Most of the students were nervous because they had never done anything like OAE before. After walking the mall for a couple of hours i need to take a break and sat down on this fountain/pool in the middle of the mall. I saw these 4 boys dressed kind of "thuggish" walk by me twice and on the third time i called them over to me. I told them i'd seen them walk by three times and was wondering if they were looking for something. They said no. I asked them if they had any questions, with a puzzled look on their faces they said no. So i asked them if i could ask them a question, "if you were to die today, do you know if you would go to heaven?" one of the boys, Joel, said that he would go to heaven because he is good and caring. After sharing with them eph 2:8,9 i simply told him that it didnt matter. I went through the good news/bad news and Two boys were hanging on my everywords. Joel and Ferdy excepted Christ as their personal savior last night.
It was very evident that God had been working through us last night. A total of 6 people came to know the Lord. That is in our group.... there was another group that went to walmart again, i'm still waiting to hear their stories
